I am God fearing man with wisdom to self start any project with no supervision. I have expertise with IBM PC compatibles. Along with my technical skills, I also possess outstanding customer service skills in the resolution of technical support issues and educating end-users. I am always the team player, making significant contributions to the team and individual success. During my nine years in Information Technology I have built cutting-edge websites for several clients using popular CMS like Joomla! 1.0 and 1.5 and software programs like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver. The technologies I handle include networking, Internet Protocol telephony, desktop/server installations, digital imaging, and point of sale [POS], wireless networking, video display, signage, security and surveillance among others.

    I instructed a ten day course on Joomla! Beginner CMS training. Course was on specific projects, including customization of templates, PayPal payment module integration, etc. Students worked along side of me on their own Joomla training site.

    Contract Technician – Birmingham, AL March 2008 (CS3 Services)

    Duties covered a range of responsibilities including, Hardware, Software, Network installation and configuration, rollouts, troubleshooting and repair. Break/fix, testing and user training. POS cabling is moved to a temporary position and later moved to a permanent position. New remote terminals and monitors installed. Coordinate activities of the secondary technicians.

    Setup and configured 4 wired cameras across a baseball field to a single host pc for an online video feed of the baseball field.

    Designed a cutting-edge fully functional HTML coded website. Created, designed and integrated website pages in to the law firms’ website while working with its content providers.

    Contract Field Technician - Parrish, AL June 2008 (Family Dollar - Retrofit Rollback Project)

    Duties covered a range of responsibilities including, Deinstallation of old hardware, and installation and onsite configuration of new Hardware. Verifone MX830 wired serial/USB signature terminal w/LCD installation and de-installation of Verifone 3750. Installed the kiosk computer mounting bracket according to the retrofit rollback project. Added HP 3020PS Printer Drivers to thin client and upgrade stores thin client software. Re-installed the monitor, keyboard and mouse to the DVR and rebooted DVR.

    Repaired clients’ 42-inch plasma television. De-installation of old power supply board and installation of new power supply board.
